Terms of Service
Rules for using Atlas Academy as a parent or child in a family account.
Agreement
By creating a parent account or allowing a child to use the app with your Family ID and PIN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Atlas Academy provides homeschool planning, lessons, languages, progress tools, and related features for families. Atlas Free (starter) includes limited features (1 child profile, 3 GB storage). Atlas Family unlocks the full app, including unlimited child profiles on your family account.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Beta and trial features may be less stable.
Accounts
Parents must be 18+ (or age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for activity under your family account, including child profiles and PINs.
Subscriptions and billing
Atlas Family is our paid subscription. We may offer a 14-day free trial when you upgrade from Atlas Free (starter). Trial length, eligibility, and usage limits (such as AI worksheet and illustration caps) are shown at checkout and in the app.
Billing may occur via Stripe (web), Apple App Store, or Google Play depending on where you subscribe. Cancel through the platform that processes your payment.
Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. AI-generated worksheets and illustrations are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial homeschool use within your family.
You may not sell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute Atlas Academy AI output as a standalone product or curriculum package.
You grant us a license to host, display, back up, and process your content solely to operate the service for your family.
AI-generated content is provided “as is”. Outputs may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing AI content before sharing it with children. We do not guarantee educational outcomes from AI features.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or educational outcomes.
